How to Order
In Person
If you would like to place an order in person you can visit us at 185 North Main Street in Brewer, Maine (view map) at the PAGEmployment/Seaboard Security offices. You may find it convenient to fill out an order form in advance.
The MVP Order Form is available in PDF format, which can be viewed and printed using Adobe Reader, a free download that is available for Windows, Mac and Linux systems.

To order MVP DVDs by mail please fill out the order form and mail your check or money order to:

Please do not send cash through the mail. If you can only pay via cash we recommend visiting our offices to pay in person. Please make checks payable to PAGEmployment.
